The Republic of Ireland have unexpectedly qualified for the World Cup qualifiers following a shock victory over Portugal and a thrilling hat trick and last minute goal from once Milton Keynes Dons loanee Troy Parrott, and while Ireland will not face their initials opponents Czechia until March 2026, there is one Wycombe Wanderers player they should be keeping an eye on.

21-year-old Jamie Mullins has started modestly yet impressively for Wycombe since joining on a permanent deal from Brighton and Hove Albion, with the young midfielder managing two goals and one assist in 13 games and 1002 minutes for the Chairboys.
