Can Chairboy fans make Adams Park a fortress of noise?

In typical fashion, Wycombe started the season slowly with a defeat at the hands of Bradford City on Saturday. Whilst contrasting intensities for both halves of football were the frustrating conclusion from Saturday’s performance, I couldn’t help but appreciate the noise of football once again. Not only was the football on show generating excitement, but the stands were in party mood to welcome a new league campaign.
Now prior to Saturday’s game taking place, I was thinking of writing a piece around how the fans could do more at Adams Park. But this point was enhanced by the Bradford fans, who really got behind their team for their first League One appearance after a six year absence. They really got behind the team and despite hairy moments in the second half, really generated a positive feeling pitch side. But the question is, How do Wycombe fans bring the noise? After all, we aren’t renowned for bringing a cauldron of noise to Adams Park. And that’s not down to a lack of trying. But the reality is, it could be better.
