Wycombe Wanderers have completed their eight signing of the summer transfer window by signing Ewan Henderson from Belgium team Beerschot

Henderson is a former Scottish youth international that originally developed through the Celtic youth academy before eventually breaking through into the senior team. He experienced a few loan spells with the likes of Ross County and Dunfermline Athletic before transferring to Hibernian. Here he spent 18 months before earning a loan move to Belgium outfit Oostende.

After a season, he extended his stay in Belgium with Beerschot where he was managed by ex Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt. But Beerschot struggled for survival in the Belgium First Division A and were subsequently relegated to the First Division B league. Despite this, Henderson was one of the few standout players during the season and became a fans favourite.
