Alan Nixon has revealed that Wycombe Wanderers are in for Derby County attacker Kayden Jackson. Wycombe have been on the hunt for an attacker following the loan recall of Sam Bell, and 31-year-old Kayden Jackson could well be a sensible short term option as a versatile attacker who can play across the front line.
Jackson, who can play at both wings but most prominently as a nine, has struggled for game time this season with Derby County following their successful bid to stay in the Championship last season. His 2570 minutes of League football last season has fell sharply to just 367 minutes so far this season as he has fell largely to being a bench option for John Eustace, frequently getting 10 minutes or less from the bench at the back end of games.
