Wycombe Wanderers are reportedly set to lose their star striker, Richard Kone, to Championship side Queens Park Rangers after it was reported by Pete O'Rourke that a fee had been agreed by the two clubs.

The reported fee is around £5 million, with Kone drawing interest from numerous other clubs including Wrexham, Leicester and even Ligue 1 side, Toulouse.

Kone also drew interest from Luton Town last season after former Wycombe boss, Matt Bloomfield, joined the club following the departure of Rob Edwards, however, Wanderers did not accept any of their bids.

Last season, the striker played 43 league games for Wycombe, scoring 18 and assisting three.
