2025 has been a rollercoaster of a year for fans and players associated with Wycombe Wanderers. From amazing highs to devastating lows, the Chairboys have definitely had an interesting 12 months.
As 2026 is quickly approaching, what better time is there to look back on (mostly) everything that has happened?
After a flying start to the 2024/25 season, Wanderers going on an unbeaten run in the League that lasted from the back end of August until December, things could only get better for Wycombe... Right?
Starting with a New Year's Day victory against Exeter City at home, thanks to a penalty scored by Aaron Morley in what would be his last ever match for Wycombe before he was recalled by his parent club, Bolton Wanderers. Another loanee, Caleb Taylor, would also return to his parent club,West Brom, But he would later re-join Wanderers later on in the January window.
